Q: How do I book a plant tour?

A: Currently, we offer two types of public tours. The first option is a self-guided tour of the Honda Heritage Center (museum only). The second option is the Honda Heritage Center and Auto Plant Tour. You can book either of these options by clicking on the “tours” tab at the top of the homepage and choosing your preferred option.

Q: Are there any special attire requirements for the plant tour?

A: Yes.  Please wear comfortable walking shoes and they must cover the foot and heel.  Sandals, open-toe or open-back shoes are prohibited.  Skirts/shorts must be knee length or longer.

Q: What is the age limit for the plant tour?

A: To ensure safety, children must be in 7th grade and up to participate in this tour option.

Q: Does the plant accommodate wheelchairs, scooters, etc.?

A: Yes. We do accommodate walking-assist devices. Although, we do caution that the auto plant tour is physically demanding and includes a fast-paced, one-hour walking tour that may include stairs. We will make sure your tour guide is aware of any accommodations upon your arrival and modify accordingly.

Q: Do you offer plant tours of the NSX Plant, Anna Engine Plant or East Liberty Plant?

A: Thank you for your interest; however, unfortunately, the Performance Manufacturing Center (Acura NSX production facility) along with the Anna Engine and East Liberty plants are not open for public tours at this time.

Q: How much do the tours cost?

A: All tours are open to the public and free of charge.

Q: How do I get to the Honda Heritage Center building?

A: The Honda Heritage Center is located at 24025 Honda Parkway, Marysville, Ohio 43040. From 33 West, take the first Honda Parkway Exit. Turn right onto Honda Parkway. Turn left at the first light into the Heritage Center visitor parking lot. From 33 East, take the second Honda Parkway Exit. Turn right onto Honda Parkway. Turn left at the first light into the Heritage Center visitor parking lot.

Q: Do you have a gift shop?

A: At this time, we do not have a gift shop. However, we do have a small merchandise display case in the lobby where you can purchase souvenirs.

Q: Do you accommodate group tours?

A: Yes, you are welcome to sign up groups for our tours available on the website or you can also contact us for bus tour and student tour options at (937) 644-6883.

Q: Where can I park?

A: There is ample free parking available onsite in front of the Honda Heritage Center.

Q: How long does it take to get through the museum?

A: Please allow 45-90 minutes for your tour through the Heritage Center museum. The museum is self-guided and each guest can tour at their own pace.
